Shipping is Free within India for all Pre Paid Orders. 

Cash On Delivery (COD) Facilitation Charge of Rs.70/- per package is applicable for COD orders within India.

International Shipping charges will be quoted based on Volumetric Weight of Package as per destination/country. Kindly Contact us for International Shipping Quotes.

Orders are processed & dispatched within 24-48 working hours of your order.

Average 4-7 working days is Delivery time within India.

For Expedited / Urgent Delivery please contact us for options.

International Deliveries – Amidst Limited Cargo flights amidst COVID -19 flight restrictions, it may take upto 2-3 weeks for International orders delivery. Countries such as Australia, NewZealand, Hong Kong and few in Europe may experience such delays. For further informaiton, please get in touch with us.

 

 

 

All orders are physically checked, verified, order matched before shipping.

In Case of Cash on Delivery orders, phone verification will be the first step before orders are deemed confirmed. For Certain regions / Pin Codes or Order items, we may ask customers to pay upfront advance payment of Rs.300/- for COD payment mode. Balance amount of order will be applicable to be paid on Delivery by Cash.

Post shipment you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.

Yes, all orders are automatically invoiced. In case you have not received the invoice, please write back to us.

Once we dispatch your order, we will share Airway Bill (AWB) Number or Tracking number along with Courier Partner Name.

Post shipment you will receive an auto generated email which would have the details of the item(s) which has(ve) been shipped along with the tracking information.

Customers can track the package directly on courier partner website or write back to us for more information.

Post shipment normally an item takes around 4-6 working days to get delivered.

In rare instances you might experience delay because of clearance at the origin or the destination country.

We do proactively keep a track of such deviations and initiate a follow up with our Courier Partner to ensure the delivery at the earliest.

The shipping address can be changed till the time the order is not dispatched from our end. In order to request for a change, please get in touch with us and we shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.

Once order is dispatched, unfortunately, there is no mechanism available to update or recall the package to change the address label. 

The delivery may be rescheduled upto a limited duration but the same will depend on the feasibility at the Courier’s end. You can directly touch base with your local Courier office or respective courier official customer care numbers displayed on their official websites to get the needful done as per their stated policy.

We do not have direct role in rescheduling delivery date and you will need to coordinate directly with Courier company at your end.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items from one order to two different shipping addresses.

If you need delivery at two locations, we request you to place two different orders.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You can cancel the order within 30 minutes of placing an order for full refund. We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of Store Credit only. This is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.

After 30 minutes of placing orders, we have a provision for that too but such cancellations are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion. 

Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 3 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail.

Orders once processed or after dispatch cannot be cancelled.

Once we have dispatched your order and shared shipping details and courier name, it will be your responsibility to ensure that package is received at your end.  

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) order you will be fully liable to receive and pay for the package once it arrives at your doorstep, as the order is being shipped post your agreement to order terms & conditions.

We also receive many impulsive, null and fake orders, wrong address orders, hit & trial orders experienced in COD mode in certain regions. Hence, we may ask you to pay upfront Rs.300/- as booking amount for confirming a COD order. Balance remaining amount will then be applicable on doorstep delivery payment.

Any COD order refusals at time of delivery, without prior pre approval from us, will be considered as violation of our terms of sale and associated terms & conditions. 


PRODUCT RETURN AND ITS REPLACEMENT ACCEPTED ONLY UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS (Reported within 2 hours of receipt of Delivery of Package)

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

Note : Below stated policy will be applicable With unboxing video proof (Single Video) with proper package unsealing opening clearly visible  from all sides and product issue caputres in same video) 

1. In case of delivery of damaged and defective product – If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a new piece in exchange. Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

Following situations will also have the same resolution policy as stated above:-

  • Wrong product delivered – Different Product
  • Wrong color, size as  specified / Ordered
  • Part of Product Missing – Dupatta, Lower, Blouse etc.

Please note that only replacement of same product will be done in such cases. And in case same product is not available then alternate product option can be selected of the same price.

2. Product digital pictures and actual naked eye viewing will may have natural hue/contrast/brightness/gamma difference and will not be qualified for exchange

3. Sale Items on offer, discounted purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

4. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges in any circumstances.

5. Customers are require to send back products elegible for exchange a their own level. We do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt /AWB from the courier post dispatch dispatching .We will not be responsible for any lost shipment or loss of items from package being returned.

6. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

7. In case of exchange item not available, the credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 60 days on our website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

8. Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress. We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

9. Our sourced products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

10. 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

– Cash On Delivery is not available outside India.

– Custom Duty / Import Duty / Local Taxes etc,, If any, will be direct responsibility of  customer. We only charge for products and associated shipping charge.
